Pet Care Specialist

Students learn basic canine health, anatomy, behavior and handling, so they can safely and humanely brush, bath, and dry dogs with a variety of coat types.  This course includes pet oral hygiene, ear care, nail care, sanitation and disease control.  This course prepares students to tier into the Pet Groomer I course and / or for an entry level bather position in the pet care industry.
